White Knight Rust Guard Metal Primer Paint
White Knight Rust Guard Metal Primer is a hard wearing, anti corrosive primer that forms a rust inhibiting barrier and improves adhesion for topcoats. Suitable for steel, wrought iron and structural steel, it provides a strong base for long lasting protection in both interior and exterior conditions.

How to Apply
- For best results, use the recommended White Knight products and follow the step-by-step guide below.
Sand new metal, previously painted or glossy surfaces
Remove all rust and flaking paint back to bare metal
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil, rust scale and contaminants. Use White Knight Rust Guard Solvent to completely remove contaminants.
Proper preparation is critical to maximise adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Stir thoroughly before and during use
Apply by one coat using brush, roller or spray
Do not apply below 10°C or above 35°C.
Coverage: approximately 14m² per litre, depending on the nature of the surface
Touch dry: approximately 4 hours
Recoat / Overcoat: after 16 hours with Rust Guard topcoats
Drying times may vary in cold, humid or low ventilation conditions.
