White Knight Rust Guard Touch Up Spray Paint
Formulated to provide a rust inhibiting barrier, it protects exposed metal while blending seamlessly with existing coatings. Suitable for use on ferrous and non ferrous metals as well as pre-painted surfaces, it is ideal for gutters, fences, roller doors and general metal maintenance.

How to Apply
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dirt and contaminants
Remove any rust or loose material before application
Lightly sand smooth or glossy surfaces to improve adhesion
Clean with Rust Guard Solvent
Mask surrounding areas to protect from overspray
Test spray on a small inconspicuous area for compatibility
Shake can for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball starts rattling
Continue to shake regularly during use
Hold can approximately 15–20cm from the surface
Spray using smooth, even sweeping motions
Apply light coats, slightly overlapping each pass
Build coverage gradually rather than applying one heavy coat*
Avoid spraying too close to prevent runs or uneven finish
Use only between 15°C and 30°C and avoid high humidity
Covers approximately 1.5m² per can, depending on surface and application
Touch dry: ~15 minutes
Recoat: after 1 hour
Drying times may vary depending on temperature, humidity and airflow. Ensure each coat is dry before recoating for best results.
