How to Apply
- For best results, use the recommended White Knight products and follow the step-by-step guide below.
Remove all loose or flaking paint before application
Sand new, previously painted or glossy surfaces to improve adhesion
Treat heavily rusted areas with White Knight Rust Guard Rust Converter
Use White Knight Rust Guard Solvent to ensure surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and contaminants
Prime galvanised iron, aluminium or specialised metals where required
Stir thoroughly before use and during application
Apply using brush, roller or spray
Apply 2 coats for best results
Work evenly to maintain a consistent hammered effect
Avoid overworking the coating once applied
Allow adequate drying time between coats
Do not apply below 10°C or above 35°C
Covers up to 10m² per litre per coat, depending on surface
Touch dry: ~4–6 hours
Recoat: after 24 hours
Once you have applied this product, you can not overcoat with other products.
