Hints and Tips
  • Use Glass Frosting to identify the existence of a glass door, and for security as it prevents viewing of valuables through a glass window.
  • Paint will not adhere to glossy or dirty surfaces.
  • Use a drop sheet to cover objects from overspray. Overspray can travel long distances so make sure you cover a wide area.
  • If possible, place the object to be sprayed inside a cardboard box or on newspaper.
  • When spraying, spray across object, starting and finishing off to the side. It is better to spray a few light coats than one heavy coat.
  • Practice makes perfect. Do a test piece first on cardboard to get the feeling.
  • Use masking tape or newspaper to prevent paint from going on areas you don't want it to.
  • Have lots of rags handy for any cleaning.
