Application Details

Application Details

White Knight Rust Guard Structural Steel Silver may be applied by brush, roller or spray. Stir thoroughly with a broad, flat stirrer in a circular lifting motion for at least 5 minutes before use. Stir at regular intervals during application. Do not use when the air or surface temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C. Spraying Cover all necessary areas to protect from overspray. White Knight Rust Guard Structural Steel Silver is ready for use but may be thinned up to 10% with Rust Guard Solvent if necessary. Apply a prewetting mist coat, allow to flash off for two minutes, then apply a full even coat. Overlap each spray pass. Repeat if necessary. It is better to spray several light coats rather than one heavy coat. To prevent paint sagging, avoid spraying too close to the surface or spraying too heavy a coat.
