Outer Space

A bright, fresh, child's room can be created almost instantly with a coat of paint and a little creativity.

The room here was achieved using the Bright Ideas range of Squirts spray enamel and Strokes and Splashes brush-on paints.

The walls were painted in a blue matt finish first and then stencilled using various colours from the Squirts quick dry gloss enamel range.

The young owner of this bedroom chose outer space as his theme but anything is possible – the only limit is your imagination.

The Space theme was carried though onto the furniture with the chair and toy box being stencilled with similar motifs to those on the walls.

A chalkboard provides endless entertainment in any child’s room. Simply mask off a section of the wall at your child’s height and paint with Chalkboard Paint in either black or green and finish with a stencilled border around the perimeter.
