A Healthy Fresh Face for Tile Paint

That very clever Tile Paint – it recolours and rejuvenates dated ceramic tiles to look like new – has been given a fresh new face with the addition of MicrobanÒ and new colours. With the reformulation of White Knight Paints’ Tile Paint to incorporate a revolutionary new anti-bacterial protection technology, tiles are now protected against the growth of mould, mildew and fungus. MicrobanÒ is added to the paint during its manufacture and has been proven to last the life of the paint – it doesn’t wash or wear off and forms a long-lasting physical barrier against bacteria. This anti-bacterial formula also provides protection against bacteria such as E. Coli, Salmonella, Listeria and Golden Staph.  It is particularly effective in high humidity areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. Tile Paint has also had a colour enhancement with the addition of jet Black and Silver to the more than 1000 colours already available. 

Tile paint can be used on all wall tiles, even the vertical walls in shower recesses, and will dry to a hardwearing, professional gloss finish.  And to complete the job, there is even a Grout Pen that will turn grey or yellowing grout into crisp white!

 The transformation process is extremely easy and requires no special skills - apart from the ability to hold a paint brush.  The key factor in the success of the transformation is the use of each part of the three part White Knight system in a simple step by step process – first the Cleaner, followed by the Primer and then the Tile Paint gloss finishing coat. The easy to use Grout Pen is also ideal for re-whitening discoloured grout anywhere in the home – a real alternative to re-grouting. The bathroom pictured was given a quick and easy face-lift by recolouring the tiles and grout with White Knight Paints’ Tile Paint and Grout Pen and updating a cane mirror with a coat of Squirts spray-on enamel in gloss white.
